Passionate about building a gym where people feel safe, seen, and stronger. Expect unhinged humour, random life advice mid-workout, and the occasional emotional speech after Murph. If you've ever been tagged in a reel against your will… that was probably Andi.

Better known as Tish — one of the OG coaches at 312 Fortitude and one of the most patient and caring humans you'll ever meet. She brings wisdom, calm energy, and endless encouragement into every class. The type of coach who will hype you up, fix your technique, and somehow make suffering feel enjoyable. Always smiling, always bubbly, always ready to help members believe in themselves.

One of those quietly dangerous athletes — ridiculously fit, strong, and always leading from the front. Sharp eye for movement and technique, big on helping athletes move well before chasing heavy weights. Known for good banter, strong work ethic, and being one of the most approachable people in the gym.

Equal parts elite athlete, chaos gremlin, and technical genius. An incredible weightlifter and gymnastics coach with a ridiculous eye for movement. Known for sarcastic humour, loud coaching cues, and making suffering strangely enjoyable. Used to deadlift three times her bodyweight — which honestly explains everything.

The beloved gym Mama of 312 Fortitude — warm, caring, and always looking after everyone in the room. Coach of the famous 9am 'Uncles and Mamas' class, with over 10 years in CrossFit. A proud mum, nana, and community builder who genuinely treats the gym like family. If she tells you off for not cleaning up your equipment, just know it comes from love.
